Rich Van Tol has more than 20 years of experience in education administration, community development, talent & economic development, including early childhood systems-building, early childhood education, special education, school health, school safety, school nutrition and before/afterschool programs. Moreover, Mr. VanTol is leading the Out-of-School Time (OST) STEM Network for the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance. This effort is focused on incubating STEM partnerships and high quality cradle-to-career STEM learning experiences for youth (and families) when they are not in formal educational settings, i.e., before and after school programs, summer camps, scouting programs, outdoor education and nature center programs, museums, zoo/s, libraries, community centers,etc.
