Position Overview In this role, you will support Producers and clients by managing day-to-day servicing needs of a commercial book of business. You'll be responsible for policy administration, client communication, and ensuring timely renewals and coverage placement, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This is an in-office position working directly with a close-knit team, and a great opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience who’s ready to grow professionally in a positive, fast-paced agency. What You’ll Do Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy changes Gather underwriting information and prepare insurance submissions Assist in quoting, marketing, and policy placement alongside Producers Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients Maintain agency management system (AMS360) and documentation Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members Respond to service requests in a timely, proactive manner Help monitor receivables and resolve billing concerns Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier appetite, and coverage options What We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience Valid Michigan P&C license Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Professional designations such as CISR or CIC are a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience + bonus opportunities Company-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off for holidays, vacations, and sick time 401(k) plan with employer match Opportunities for ongoing training and career development Supportive team culture focused on integrity, growth, and work/life balance The satisfaction of helping protect what matters most to our clients Still wondering if Superior Insurance Group is the right fit for you?
