Bay City's beautiful City Hall has been continuously functioning as the city's administrative center since 1897. In 1975, the building was added to the State Register of Historic Sites and the National Register of Historic Places. Bay City's City Hall is listed in the National Archives of the Smithsonian as an excellent example of municipal architecture in the American Romanesque style. This newly developed guided tour will give visitors an understanding of the building's history, a walk-through of each floor with stories from the past, and a chance to climb the stairs of the 180-foot clock tower for a fantastic 360° panoramic view of the city. Cost: $5/ person Tours occur the 3rd Wedneday of every month at 11 AM. Please purchase tickets at the museum's store. Tours will start at the museum.
